GoodLeap created a number of internal communication pieces for non-profit organisation American Hospital Association, with the goal of changing the organisation’s culture to provide a better patient experience and patient flow for US based hospitals.

In this project we evaluated AHA’s communication needs and created a canvas that focused on four pillars: Patient Flow, Patient Experience, Patient Safety and Community Health and Wellness. From this information we explored a visual audit and designed a brochure with photography, graphics and focused copy that resulted in a 98% improvement in patient flow in AHA supported hospitals.
